The INFRA-ART Spectral Library is an institutional repository managed by the National Institute for Research and Development in Optoelectronics – INOE 2000. Only authorized data curators within our institution are eligible to deposit data into this repository. External users are not permitted to deposit data at this time.
Data upload are exclusively handled by authorized data curators. The submission process is managed through an internal workflow, and only individuals granted access by the INFRA-ART project coordinator are permitted to upload data. Each data submission will undergo a review process to ensure compliance with repository requirements. The metadata associated with datasets deposited in the INFRA-ART Spectral Library is licensed under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. This means the metadata is placed in the public domain, free from copyright restrictions, and can be used, shared, and modified without any conditions. While attribution is not legally required under CC0, we strongly encourage users to reference the INFRA-ART Spectral Library as the source of the metadata. This can be done by citing the relevant DOI or URL associated with the metadata record. For commercial use, users are advised to seek permission, as commercial exploitation may require additional considerations.
In exceptional cases, datasets may be withdrawn from public access due to errors or other justified reasons. Withdrawn datasets are archived with appropriate metadata to document their removal and maintain a transparent record.
Once deposited, data will be securely stored and managed in accordance with institutional policies and data management practices.
Access to the spectral data files is restricted to authorized data curators, and direct downloading of the files via the website is not permitted at this time. Users may request access to the data files as specified in our Data Access Policy.
